Don't suppress the Spirit, and don't stifle those who have a word from the Master.

HYPER THINKING

Over stimulation of ideas leads to hyperactivity of random thoughts:
- Makes me non-productive.
- Stressful.
- I cease to flow in the Spirit.

Solution - Force myself to stop and meditate with Lord.
